Hi, I’m Alyssa — founder of We Move the Mountains.

I didn’t learn mindset work from a textbook. I learned it in survival mode.

Raised by a mother with narcissistic personality disorder, I spent years stuck in invisible battles — second-guessing my reality, silencing myself to keep the peace, and wondering if true healing was even possible.

When the traditional paths fell short, I turned inward — and deeper.


I studied psychology, mindset science, and trauma recovery with the same intensity people bring to medical school… but I wasn’t trying to pass a test. I was trying to save my life.

Through thousands of hours of research, journaling, reframing, and self-study, I didn’t just heal — I rewired my thinking, rebuilt my identity, and became the version of me I always knew was possible.

Now? I help others do the same.

Because the truth is — you are not broken. You are not too much. You are not stuck.
