1. Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital goods—including downloads, templates, courses, videos, AI responses, and frameworks—all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

2. Subscription Services
You may cancel a subscription at any time. However, we do not offer refunds for any billing cycle that has already been processed. Access to the subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

We use third-party vendors (e.g., Printful and others) to fulfill orders. We accept refund or replacement requests within 7 days of delivery only for:

- Manufacturer defects
Sizing issues, color variance, and customer entry errors do not qualify for refunds.
